    There is this song that I like by XXXTentacion and it starts out with like moaning from a female. I'm not aroused by it and usually skip passed it. This shouldn't matter right?

    Females are always moaning, lol! :D

    If you see/hear something a lot it often loses its impact. So, I am not surprised you don't get hard from the introduction.
