    Well guys I have been trying to quit porn and masterbation for 4 years now. At this point in time I have anxiety problems like crazy. I was never like this before. I know what I've done and there is only one solution. To quit everything and move on. So that's what I'm doing. I need y'all's help to hold me accountable. So I'm making a gurantee to y'all, and also a challenge. Today was the last time I masterbated and watched porn. EVER!! See if you can do the same. I appreciate everyone's time.

    Hang in there! Many of have been losing battles for way more years than that. What's important is that we eventually do win the war. There is strength in numbers.

    Freakin hate the anxiety problems, have it really bad too. Its probably a good thing though becuase without it we would never be trying to quit. I accept the challenge, good luck on yours! No matter what though stay strong and keep fighting!
