    Hello all,

I have been without porn for something like 2 or 3 months now, can't say for sure since I stopped counting. I do masturbate sometimes, only using mental images of girls that I know and I'm attracted to, but usually stopping before ejaculating, and I've been able to control myself. As a matter of fact it has not been hard at all. Yes I had some cravings in the beginning, but I can say that I am not "addicted" to porn at this point. I can go through my days without even thinking about it. I have been ejaculating something like once a week if I am not having sex, and when I have sex, I do ejaculate. Every time that I've had sex during these last 3 months which have not been a lot of times, I have taken the blue V pill to help me out since I've experienced a lot of ED in the past few years. So far that has worked out. However, the other day I forgot to take one with me, and I thought, "well maybe I can experiment without it and see what happens". What happened was a complete disappointment. I could not get it up. No, it was not performance anxiety. So what else do I have to give up? I don't feel the need to go watch porn right now. Do I have to completely give up masturbating too???

I am testing a new thing now. Maybe my problem doesn't stem from the porn itself but from the way I masturbate, which is often using a fast hand movement. I want to start only using very slow stimulation from now on and see if there are any positive results in the long run.

It seems you need to build your confidence back. Stop MOing and stop thinking about it. Again, stop MOing. In my experience the best way for me to no fail without the V pill is by making out a lot with the woman and feeling comfortable. Once I am comfortable and enjoy every kiss, my penis gets hard like a rock and I am able to enjoy sex a lot.

Hi, I think the effects of leaving pmo will be longer for you to apply, Just stay far from all that bad stuff (hard mode), and I hope you will get better, and I don't recommend the pills, natural way is better, good luck.

  7. Hi this is probably the problem. Masturbating while fantasising can have the same effects as P. I am female but M with fantasising stopped me being able to get physically aroused (wet). It basically gave me the female version of PIED. It took around 3 weeks of abstinence for that to resolve itself and was 6 weeks before I had my first O with partner.

I don't believe in these pills. If you aren't able to maintain an erection for sex, you shouldn't be having sex. You should be focussing on other forms of sexual intimacy (giving to your partner, receiving other forms of intimate touch) and recovery instead. Only when your erection returns naturally should you attempt sex. By taking pills you are allowing your body to reach orgasm without it first going through the natural arousal stage - which should be necessary for orgasm. These pills 'force' an unnatural state of physical arousal which in my opinion just trains your body that it doesn't need to get aroused to have an orgasm - but it should. Arousal is absolutely crucial and you need to train your body, that until physical arousal happens and can be maintained, there will be no orgasm. It will catch on with time and start behaving the way it should :)
