I'll be honest, today I have ended up relapsing, spending a lot of the day on porn and artificial sexual stimulation and masturbating.

But something seriously strange has happened. I have got basically no pleasure the entire day from masturbating to porn, and I haven't ejaculated. I have flicked through tons of different porn content while masturbating and literally nothing is doing it for me. I don't seem to be aroused at all. I don't seem to be getting any sexual feelings or excitement.

I don't ever remember experiencing anything quite to this extent. I have had flat lines before, and even found porn boring initially before after streaks. But eventually I do end up getting very turned on by the porn again if I keep flicking through porn and masturbating. But like I said, today I have spent a large part of the day masturbating to pornographic content, flicking about loads of different stuff, and literally nothing, no pleasure, no sexual arousal, no sexual feelings.

I am still going to reset my counter of course, as I have clearly still relapsed, and I guess even binged. But man it hasn't really felt like I have even relapsed considering how little pleasure I have felt. Just nothing. It just seems really strange.

Be careful. Your putting yourself at risk of porn induced Erectile Dysfunction. Not feeling any sexual arousal is a common sign of erectile dysfunction. The reason why this is happening is because you are overstimulating the penis. Your penis is only designed to be stimulated by what you see in real life, not what you see on a screen.

Your body knows what you want. Porn, artificial pleasures are all bullshit and your body knows that. When you’re in a streak, you’re basically resetting. While resetting, abstaining from Porn will make your body get aroused by any sort of sexual activities even if it is porn. If you end up relapsing then your progress is lost and you come back to your porn addiction. You have just become an addict to watch it either ways if you’re aroused or not. As you mentioned that you have streaks before. Even if you make 30 or even 20 days of streak then your body will understand that porn is not good for you.

i was on a 5 day streak then relapsed, then at the same day few hours later relapsed again but it was kind of against my will, i wasnt that horny, i had a semi erection, then once i ejaculated i felt soooo flaccid and didnt feel any arousal from porn too for 2 or 3 days, now it is normal

basically u are doing more than your body can handle, it is now trying to force you to take a break, it is a sign for you to stop this filth else it will lead to worse things like ED

yet 2 years ago i would have no issue PMO'ing 3 times on a day, now i cant anymore, my body is fixing itself from nofap, 2 times is already too much in a day now, i cant do more than once every 2 days minimum, but i try to have longer streaks ofcourse usually 4 days but i should settle for higher

That's almost how I've been doing PMO this year, hours of browsing before I would find something exciting. Don't take this as encouragement to search more, you should quit porn forever.
The point is it can happen nothing to worry about, more than being addicted to porn that is.

I'm at the point where the thought of watching porn is more arousing than the actual act. That moment where you finally cave after fighting it and you type the name of the site and hit enter, that's the high for me. Within probably 20 seconds of being on the site I'm not even all that aroused anymore and just find myself thinking ffs why did I just do that. Unfortunately though once I open the door it's hard to then close it, even if I step away from it I just feel like the seed has been planted and it's game over.

Take that first step and you already know what you're in for, but with this addiction at that point I don't care, totally not good. Bad attitude being controlled by this. We can't open that door. The worst part are the aftereffects of coming back to hell again.

I'm not surprised. Our usual porn gets quite boring after a while, revealing of how meaningless it has always been in the first place. This is not necessarily a victory, if assuming we might not want or need P anymore, but is is a crossroad. We can either seriously pursue recovery now or be drawn into newer, twisted higher levels of P and its fetishes to find excitement. It sounds like you're ready for the next level of addiction. It's like needing a new and more complex drug when the old gateway drug no longer gets us satisfyingly high anymore. Get out or go deeper is the real choice before you, and if you don't choose or delay in choosing the healthy path right now, the addict self will choose more advanced P slavery for you, since you would have abdicated your free choice for recovery. Welcome to Recovery, or welcome to a sinking, lower level of Addiction Hell.
