Not feeling benefits?

    This is my 3rd attempt at nofap. I have previously reached a 90+ day streak but unfortunatley relapsed. Now I'm on 32 days and I don't feel the benefits I have felt before or at least not as intesley. I haven't noticed women attraction for example (or maybe I'm just not observant or whatever) Now I do go to the gym and I do attend school. I have noticed slightly more energy but not as close as what I had felt on the big streak mentionned above. Is it a flatline? Am I doing something wrong? any help would be great

    What benefits are you expecting or looking for? Usually a flatline is a period of time where your libido is very low and your brain is residing itself.

    If it is a flatline then just relax, this is a good sign. You may feel unmotivated but that is where the mental toughness plays a part, push yourself to keep going.

    Well just more "powerful" benefits like a huge boost in confidence for example

    I am in same position as you. I do kegel but still not enough to get erection. I am just wondering how are we suppose to get erection without having some erotic thoughts ?

    Im on day 10 or 11 and dont feel the benefits yet. I can see now why so few make it this far. Once you overcome the sexual temptations it would be nice to have something "concrete" to experience that would reaffirm the path. But so far I am still waiting.

    When is the next milestone to "feel something"?

    Well I find it works best when you do more to better yourself (cold showers exercise) those REALLY help. I just got a freezing shower and i feel like i'm on speed (at least I feel HELLA Alert like my animal instinct is alive

    Thanks, I have not began the exercising yet. Also I went on a 3 day bender (drinking beer). I had been 90 days sober before that. Now that I am finally back to normal I can start with the exercise. But things are not going well and I am getting nervous about the Holidays coming up. I have to show up at these family parties and all the people ask me "What kind of work are you doing?" And i always have to lie

    Try doing home workouts with your bodyweight, look for challenges online to get into it complete it and you'll love working out trust me
