I cant feel it when someone something touches the shaft of my manhood. I can feel the pressure when i touch it and i can feel hot and cold to an extent but rubbing my hand on it or rubbing an object up to it does nothing (except for pressure and hot/cold) its like its not sensitive to touch anymore what can i do about it?

  2. The solution is right here. Do a 90 Day Reboot and see the difference from there. How many days are you on?

  4. Get back up & fight.
It's a fight against your mind.
Your mind knows your strength & weakness so you gotta be more strong to choke your mind.
    Stay Clean.

  5. Okay, listen. Seeing your post just reminds me of myself in the earlier days. I'm still on a low number of days but I've been on streaks of 18 / 33 being my highest streaks respectively. Sensitivity does improve that's for sure. Think about it like this. You want to ace an exam paper, but you study a whole book before the exam. Of course, nothing's going to go through your head because you've crammed everything in at the last minute. But if you slowly study and accumulate the knowledge, you'll definitely do well. Same thing applies here. Many people are impatient and complain about not seeing results when they're the ones who aren't trying.

Bottom line: Hit 90 days, then come back and tell us the difference. I can almost guarantee you there's nothing wrong with you. Come back here after 90 days of no Porn (not even sexy pictures, those count as substitutes that reinforce your brain's old pathways), No Masturbation and absolutely no Orgasm. See what happens then. Takes two hands to clap my friend. I'll see you at day 90 :)

I dont have the right words to show my appreciation but thank you very very much

  7. The way you can show me your appreciation here is to stick to your goal of 90 days, friend.
Let me first warn you, that you WILL experience these things:

    Your brain tells you:

    1. Oh. I've already taken a glimpse at porn by accident it doesn't feel right so I should fully relapse then start over.
    2. Hmm, I think I can fap now then start my reboot at ____ date.
    3. Oh I don't have a girlfriend and I'm not interested in that sort of thing right now, so I can start anytime.
First off, any accidental viewing of triggering material is completely fine and you can carry on with your reboot.

Secondly, this behaviour tells you how badly you're addicted and there's no excuse for it.

Thirdly, the only reason you don't feel like pursuing certain hobbies or people is because of how badly you've fucked your dopamine receptors with excessive porn. As you go through the 90 days you will slowly heal your brain as well as your penile sensitivity.

Please, PLEASE don't fall for any tricks your brain plays on you and stay far far away from social media or technology and only use it when necessary.

Here's a part you'd probably want to hear: When I was 30 days in, just touching my penis would produce this incredible sensation that I've never experienced before. And I was just as doubtful as you are now.

So please buddy, do yourself a favour and stick to this plan. Please think of my motivation during your reboot and I will want to see you hit 90 days.

    - Peace out

Numbness is the initial extreme symptoms of withdrawal. You too have a severe addiction. Don't give up. Stay strong.

  10. Please click the fourth black tab on the top of the screen right below the NoFap banner and add a day counter to track your progress. This way I can check the number of days you're on too :)

I switched from light to hard mode yesterday. I already detoxed from diet soda and am 14 days without PMO this year. Here are some of the withdrawal symptoms Ive experienced.

    Headaches
    Sweats
    Loose bowels
    Body aches

My sex drive is great and my erections are rock hard. I'm trying to rewire my brain and its fighting me. It hurts. You have to know it's going to hurt and try your best to work through the hurt. This 90 days hard mode will test my limits but that's the point.

I went ahead and set it. The date says the 5th but i started on the 4th

  15. That's awesome buddy.

Now I'll be expecting you to have three milestones for now.

    3rd August 2017: Your 30th Day Mark.
    2nd September 2017: Your 60th Day Mark.
    2nd October 2017: Your 90th Day Mark.

Major Milestone for you: 174 days until Christmas.

If you can maintain this plan and reach Christmas, you'd have reaped the benefits and gained a ton of sensation back. Let me know what you think about the plan.
