Not going back to PMO because...

    Hello fellow members, I am starting a thread to remimd myself of all the destructive consequences of PMO. I will post daily one reason why I want to come out of PMO addiction , this will also help reinforcing my mind to believe PMO is very harmful.
    I will not go back to PMO because it depletes me physically, making me deficient of energy, nutrients and positivity.It makes me look ugly and skinny.

    I share your Idea. Me too I will not go back to PMO. Then after, If my counter is reset surly some malware have distorted it.

    I am not going back to PMO because it causes a lot of acne on my face.Lot of blemishes, dark spots,it makes my eyes dull and yellowish as if I am a drug addict.It makes my skin look pale and old.It takes away all the glow from my face.It gives me dark circles.It makes me look ugly and older than I am.

    Hey man, good topic, if I may join... I won't PMO today because I don't need to. It won't help with anything I have to deal with in my life. And if it's not part of the solution, then it's part of the problem.
