This. I often found myself asking that question in the past. Been building a life for myself ever since.

 

When i moved to high school, it was the only time I thought I found a girl who truly resonated with me. I was new to the school and didn't know anyone, but I got into a friend group and luckily she was in it. Our personalities matched so perfectly, it was unbelievable how well we went along, and I soon developed a crush. Admittedly, I didn't even find her 'hot', just extremely cute and fun to be with. However by the time I met her she already had a bf. Every time she mentioned him I died a little inside. It was hard to see her every day and having to deal with the fact that I had no chance. We are still friends to this day though, and she STILL has the same boyfriend, talk about commitment hah. But I'm glad for her, I wish I could have such a strong relationship.

I think the hardest part is finding someone like that. Sure, you come across hot girls all the time, but beyond being hot, you know you don't feel anything deep with them. I'd rather be alone than with the hottest girl alive but not connecting. That said, time flies and you start to really crave being able to have someone to love and to be intimate with, specially being a virgin. PMO is lethal in that case, so Nofap to me is like a promise to myself not to lose hope and focus on improving until the time comes, so I can proudly feel I conquered low sexual urges and start something meaningful and hopefully long-lasting with that special girl destiny throws at me someday.

I also hate promiscuity, so I've never pursued one-night stands at all. Not only it exponentially increases the risk of STDs which I'm terrified of, I also think it's a huge reason why young people nowadays are so unsatisfied and desperate with their love lives. I see sex as the culmination of bonding with someone and a divine gift to solidify that bond with, but modern society and the porn industry are so fixated on the opposite. It's like trying to eat healthy but every day and everywhere you see yourself being pushed to eat cake. So all in all, even if hard, I'm optimistic in the path I've chosen.

Feeling lonely sucks but you can always go out and date don't you? You can download Tinder or any dating app and that's the quickest way to fix it. You can also signup into a class or join a group of people that do/talk about something you're interested in.

 

Most men have no idea how to navigate tinder/similar apps and the only reason I had any kind of results was because someone else took my pics and threw me in the deep end
