Not really new, but here i am

    trying to do no pmo on your own is dam hard. I just relapsed and i hope with the help of this forum to beat me record of 2 weeks.
    I had huge improvements that time, and i want them back.

    Already took some steps to succeed on this:
    - Removed all social media
    - Blocked porn wit and dns provider, and the host file
    - Exercise some times
    - Taking walks outside

    Well, wish me luck guys! (and girls?)

    2 weeks is a good run. I hope to make it that long myself.
    I am doing some of what you are doing, like taking walks outside, and exercising a little bit.
    I also take some organic supplements.

    Welcome!
    Congrats on your 2 weeks! I think is a great goal to start!
    Great moves but I would like to recomend another one:
    Talk with somobody about your addiction. Someone close to you. A good friend, a family member.. I know, its hard. Its embarrasing but its also SOOO HEALING.It gonna help you a lot.. say it loud. Than gonna help to keep in touch with that friend as an accountability partner.

    Lol, akward? My advice or the confess situation?..
    For me was so embarrasing.. dude I was sweating and feeling ashamed and sick.. and Im sure my friend was shocked too.. also my parents but when I started to talk and explain everything I started to cry a lot and couldn't stop.. and it felt so good.. a weight off my shoulders.. It took me 6 years to talk about it.. say it loud and hear myself saying.. I consume porn and MO opened my eyes.. Idk..Thats the reason I recommend to look for a good friend.. somebody you trust..
    Anyway.. Keep on!
    I hope you reach your first goal and keep fighting. :)
