    hey all,

    Been trying hard to do this thing for almost 3 months now and it's turning out to be harder than I'd thought. Figured it might be time to get involved here and maybe get some advice and encouragement

    I am right there with you. also been at it for 3 months. had some success (best was an 8 day streak of no P) but also relapsed shortly aftee that and went to using PMO twice a day. It will be 2 weeks on friday without P and going strong.
