It's been about 70 days, but there is no improvement. I am constantly nervous and constantly feeling hopeless.Libidom has dropped so much. I don't know if I'm doing it wrong. I'm waiting for it to improve, but there is no change. How should I think? Can you help?

You are going through a flatline by the sounds of it. I usually advise people that 90 days is an arbitrary number and usually recovery takes much longer than that. Keep going.

In my early recovery, i didn't feel much improvement either, even after long periods of abstinence. Addiction recovery is much more than just not acting out. It is about learning an entirely different way of handling life. It took me years to learn what it means to be sober, and even longer to start appreciate it. I wouldn't have made it without going to therapy and 12-step meetings.

You need to keep going. You are probably into a flatline. Recovery can be long.

Don't rush it. Success takes time and patience. There's no such thing as magic. Hang in there.

Thank you very much for your answers, friends. It created a separate source of motivation for me.
Although I feel bad right now, I will continue.
    Thank you so much .

  8. I think you are on to something here. Alot of ppl probably fall back into the habbit becouse they didnt think they felt a difference but as you
wrote its becouse the recovery is so gradual over a long time. Its not like after X days of nofap you wake up and feel completly different/recovered.
Its a process and it will not be linear. It will be up and down for a long time but gradualy improving how you feel and your brain function.

for me I started noticing less shyness and + honesty at 7+ day mark, not sure about how you guys feel at higher streaks, it's possible @mocoko is near the tipping point of another change.
