Noticed this while using

There's a few things you could do.

1. Ignore this crap while doing your reboot. You have your own problems you need to deal with, so deal with them. Don't worry about the rest of the world until you can stand on your own two feet
2. Try to help other people out. The guys who do things like that are fledgling porn addicts. There are also full blown porn addicts who do way worse stuff. Share what you know. Learn more. Talk to others. Do what you can to help. It's your way of paying forward the help and research done for your recovery.
3. Capitalize. There's an epidemic of guys who distract themselves by simping for women online AND women who need more and more attention to feel secure. Learn what strategies work and how to play the game, and you'll be surrounded by women who are highly interested in you. You should never take advantage of anyone or do things to hurt people for your benefit, but you can only help people so much. Every now and then you gotta stop to smell the roses, and that could be giving tons fo attention and compassion to a lady whose insecurities are increasing like all women nowadays.

 

That's right, avoiding tiktok, helping others to do the same and doing the right thing (nofap) will only make you a better person. Like the author said, the feeling men lately give to society is "is this men?".

I believe we (men) can do much better than what most of us actually do.
