Now able to lower my gaze - day 56 hardmode still going strong !

Hey guys, i'm on day 56 of my nofap hardmode journey and i've started to notice an added benefit which i've come to experience over the course of my reboot. It is a well known fact that our daily lives are full of triggers, be it a pop-up window while browsing the internet or going to a shopping mall. I've noticed that whenever i come across such triggers, i simply have the ability to lower my gaze. It is like my brain DOES NOT want to fantasize anymore. Just yesterday i came across a trigger while browsing and my attitude was more like "meh! so she's naked , so what?" and closed the window. I have become more confident with approaching women AS PEOPLE rather than sexual objects. I genuinely want to get to know them instead of think of them as sexual objects. Has anyone else experienced this?
