When I was 18 I was on a religious sportcamp with guys in my age and older guys. So one day the priest went with us to a indoor swimming pool with a attached sauna. It was the first time I went fully naked to a sauna and I don't know what it was but I felt the first time fully acceptance of my body from the other guys and I was fascinated by the fact that the priest just behaved like it was the most normal thing to visit as a priest a sauna. He is a famous priest in Austria so many people in the sauna knew him.

Few years later I visited a nude beach near my hometown. It was the first time that I was all by my own in the nature fully naked and I met so many friendly most elderly people which where just amaced that a young guy like me had the courage to stand my ground and have enough self confidence to show me like god made me.

So if you have the chance to show your body naked, in an suitable way for you and the people in your area, take the chance be aware of the beauty of your body.
