    Hi Everyone,

    I relapsed today 4 times, and am pretty disappointed and upset. Been pretty down. I have this major OCD thing where I can't relapse on people's birthdays. I'm constantly having a battle with my mind saying every day is a birthday for someone. But, I went on snapchat, and someone's birthday is today. What to do guys? How do I fight something so hard.......
