Odd question but do you suffer frequent constipation/ digestive issues?

    Ok I know it's a weird thread idea but hey, let's consider the possibility.

    I've always had mild to severe constipation issues, bloating and indigestion. And if you do the research, you'll find many studies pointing to the gut-brain axis. A lot of neuro chemicals like serotonin are produced in the gut. if you have bad bacteria in there, toxins can get into your system and cause depression and other mood/ mental health issues.

    I can't help but feel those who spend hours a day sitting in front of a computer wouldn't have super great diets, probably wouldn't think much about exercising or fixing other physical health issues.

    What if beating the depression which can lead to addictions is as simple as fixing your pooper? Lol.

    This is not a joke. Be honest.

    Bumping old thread, I am recently going through a flatline and feel pretty constipated. This is highly unusual considering I used to have pretty nomal and strong bowel movements in the morning. I have read about a link between flatlining and BM, but it was weak and vaguely hinted at.

    Yes im having bowel problems right now. It is quite consistent in a bad way. I will have no problem doing my big business for a few days then stomachache hits me. I will not poop 1-2 days after that, then having hard stools which hurts when u go to toilet. Then everything is fine just to start all over again. My diet was not too bad as well.

    Bro me too am on day 70 and this consipation just started from nowhere. How long have you had this consipation

    Its not actually constipation. Its like my bowel will be normal for a few days maybe 3-4 days, then diarrhea/stomachache hits me and the next day or two i will not do my big business. And when theres theres finally some movement, it will hard at first and usually make me bleed. Has been going on for sometime. After 3 weeks of reboot to 80 days (my last streak) and the problems persists.
    Some suggestions i use to ease things out abit. Drink more water throughout the day and especially right when u wake up in the morning. Have more fruits and vege but becareful with vege cause its hard to digest might need to adjust it by yourself. And very its very important do have some probiotic drink everyday or at least alternate days.
    Hopefully our condition improves as we reboot longer!
