Ok I know it's a weird thread idea but hey, let's consider the possibility. I've always had mild to severe constipation issues, bloating and indigestion. And if you do the research, you'll find many studies pointing to the gut-brain axis. A lot of neuro chemicals like serotonin are produced in the gut. if you have bad bacteria in there, toxins can get into your system and cause depression and other mood/ mental health issues. I can't help but feel those who spend hours a day sitting in front of a computer wouldn't have super great diets, probably wouldn't think much about exercising or fixing other physical health issues. What if beating the depression which can lead to addictions is as simple as fixing your pooper? Lol. This is not a joke. Be honest. Let's do a poll!
