I've tightened up the restrictions on my laptop. Its very difficult to get access to porn. And even then its only clothed women I can see. Im going to avoid some of my main triggers, which is my apartment basement when I'm on my laptop alone. I plan on only going down there to play drum kit without my laptop, or to make my beats with someone down there with me.
 
That's a good plan. Does someone else have the password to your filter/settings? I find that important, as if you have the passwords to them, relapses will still be quite easy. It's in fact for that reason I limit my time on reddit. While you can change the settings there so that triggering material is inaccessible, it doesn't take but a few seconds to change them right back.

Either way though, it sounds like you've made some good changes, and I hope it all goes well during your first 30 days.

The blockers i have set up I don't have the password to anymore, I have K9 and another blocker that lets me block specific sites in which is unreversable for a period of time. I've already blocked sites not under K9 like facebook and youtube, as well as some others too.

Yea your right, I'll probably implement that into my plan. The problem is I spend a lot of my time making music on my laptop alone, which causes a trigger. So Im gona try and keep the basement door open, and walk outside regularly. I dont think its a good idea to go down there alone at all with my laptop, so Im going to try and have friends down there as much as possible
