This is the most common thought in my mind as the evening approaches! I realize that I watched like 3-4 hours TV today! Aw damn, this happens to you too?
Well, I realized that its not the TV thats the problem its your mental state. If you have a goal in your life right now, a dream that you have always cherished and imagined for yourself and you want to work for it then I believe your day is not wasted. When you wake up next morning what is the first thought that gets in your mind? Try to realize it and I think that unless its your goal, your dream that you thought about at that moment then you don't want it enough.
Start being committed to your goal and work for it day and night, know that it is not as tough as you think. In this process you are trying to indirectly break your old habits (PMO, TV, video games, etc.) and your brain wants them back so it makes you feel discomforted when you are not. And you start developing the cravings for those addictions. Our brain is a very smart organ (immeasurable power i must say) and it tries you to fool you by feeling the discomfort. The question is whether you give in or not. And unless you stop the cycle of giving up, you are going to relapse again and again. The cravings that you have, they are only in your mind, you DO NOT need them and its not what you are.
So, next time you have these tense movements just calm down like you are a monk and let these feelings flow and realize that you do not need to do that in order to have the life that you always imagine for yourself, NEVER GIVE UP.
I hope this was worth it coz it took me life half and hour to write and think. :)
Thank you for reading and keep on going with your work.
Aim for long-term happiness and success rather than short-term pleasures and you will realize that your life has gone from hell to heaven in no time. (not religious, by heaven I mean satisfaction and happiness).
Keep smiling and keep grinding on your work.

Wow, thanks for this man. This surprised me because I just spent 5 hours watching Netflix and I feel ridiculously ashamed about it. But reading this made me feel like I'm not the only one out there that feels this way and that I can actually overcome this. This site is too wonderful. I need to remember this.
