First of all, i want to say i really inspired by people rebooting long time. Cause masturbating is a thing that people keeps in a pesonal space and nobody can control them. If you go to gym or read more books for self-development , your changes will be seen by others, but benefits of reboot will be seen and felt by you only. Secondly, i am warning im not english native speaker so feel free to say me if you notice mistakes. I write it at time when i usually masturbate so i hope it will be my new habit. Writing, i mean. So i noticed that lately porn&masturbating began to take more and more of my time and it's my way to just relax and spend time alone. Cause when i go out with my friend or busy, i don't feel a need to do it. Now i think i could do in this time something else ( i belive it will be more useful thing). Second reason is my orgasms. Firsts of them were really bright. Now they are different. Third thing is that it something i couldn't control anymore. Sometimes i have stoped my other action for PMO and i dont want do it anymore. I want to control my body but not my body controlling me. Only one thing making me confuse is my periods. I feel very ill and my head is pulse with pain, i have ache in my stomahe. I take a pills and wrapping myself in a blanket and doing PMO and it really help me feel better but if i starting reboot i dont know what to do. So i' ll glad to your advices.
