    Well this is the toughest challenge so far. My wife is out of town for the weekend to visit with old friends. Why does your brain just go crazy when you feel you can get away with something. I do not want to lose against this disease, but keep thinking about looking at porn. I am writing here to attempt to give myself strength. The rational side of me knows this is the best thing to do for me and my marriage, need to stop the irrational part of my brain. :(

    It's really strange, I know...just try to leave it alone.

    It's NEVER worth it- that's what I really have understood, over the past months..

    Hang in there. Try to find other activities you can do. Or take a cold shower, that always does the trick.

    Thanks for the support all - I did take cold shower last night and Got past the temptation. I am over booking myself this weekend with activities to avoid the downtime.

    Okay - I am now writing in a journal about my addiction - really this is for my eyes only, but maybe someday my wife will read. This is helping me when I have down time, and in general I think. Something about putting it down in text.....makes it so real and undeniable.
