When I started it was going great. I was focused and I was doing the work I needed to complete ahead of Schedule. Than I went to vacation during last weekend and now I've lost all of my focus. Now (Day 8) I am having trouble completing my work and I am about to relapse. Please help! I want to control the addiction as this is the farthest I've gone in a long time.
Go for a walk, maybe listen to music or a podcast while doing so. Or have a shower (cold or warm or both).
Stay away from your computer/phone. Do something else, don't isolate yourself. Try to stay positive about this. If it hurts, if you're uncomforable, it's good, that means you're on the path of healing.
I can relate, b/c I typically start to hit heavy withdrawal symptoms around day 7. The withdrawals are beast mode & break me down too often. Hang in there & take a cold shower & keep busy.
