I know that if I distract myself by just playing video games my mood won't improve, I'll obviously stay depressed.
But my question is if I did reboot while just doing the same things (except PMOing of course), would that even help to return my brain to it's default wiring? I would still go to school and stuff, but whenever I come home i just sit on my computer until I go to bed.
I know it's not good for me and it's really not good for my depression, but would rebooting even be worth it if I don't force myself to get out?
I know it probably sounds stupid but I cannot get myself motivated to do practically anything, I don't even play video games all that much anymore.
