Once and for all

I still remember when this thing started. I was just little kid messing around on the Internet. I could have never imagined how bad I was screwing things up.
Been struggling with this since then. I had bad streaks, good streaks but I've never been able to take control things for more than 3-4 weeks.
That's why I decided to start posting. I've been a ghost until today on the forums, reading other people's stories to feel I'm not alone on this but never really compromised because of shame, guilt, fear.
That time's over. And I encourage all of you guys out there to do the same. Not only on forums but in real life. I think that's how you defeat this devil. Taking action. Day by day, step by step. To get one's life back one has only to start living. As simple and as tricky as that. It's time to start living once and for all


Pd: after all this years I wanted to say thank you to the all members of this community. I know it's not easy to talk about this stuff but sometimes a little comment could mean the world for a pair in struggle. May God bless you all. Stay strong
