Semen retention
I wanna stay focused and do this…. This is the hardest thing ive ever done in my life. 13 years addicted to pmo, please God save me

I read something about sperm retention today about how When you embrace semen retention,

You become sexually attractive, beautiful women begin circling around you,

- this is because your body is now releasing stronger sexual pheromones.

So, every beautiful woman wants you to fertilize them with your healthy sperms.

but obviously am not doing this for any woman but for myself

I have decide to join this journey to see how great i can become with sperm rentention

Yh i think this part for you is the most difficult part but i believe once you move pass it and get to 40 days you will be ok…. Promise me you can make it. I believe in you bro
