I have been clean for more than 20 days. Some days I was calm and focused, but the other days I felt how the urge was coming to my brain and whispering to my eat. "Go and fap." I am already not talking about the causes that got me into fapping. It is foolish and immature. Making reference to them is like whining about the childhood problems that many of us experienced. Either I should let them go or I should carry them whole my life as an unnecessary baggage. So I choose first. I ask myself if this is bad, so why I am doing this. And if I do what I will feel. This helps me stay controlled. I read many time that doctors say that fapping is healthy and salubrious. I do not think so. It is wrong. Healthy sex, healthy realtion and healthy focus are what we need in life. I hate already writing this but living in fantasyland will drive us to hell. All I got is present moment. I want to feel it. Sometimes when I get out of my mind I notice the beauty around. Life is good. Life is beautiful.

I agree with the fact that science is completely wrong about masturbation.
Researches and experiments are wrong lot of the time, it's something we can't trust 100%.

The fact that you're able to control your urges is a really good thing, man.
    Beautiful words, by the way.
    Never stop!:)

Keep in mind, science doesn't claim to prove anything to an absolute certainty. There is always room for new discoveries and new evidence that change scientific theories.

The problem with the situation many of us find ourselves in is that science has not really been able to research the effects of pornography and instantaneous delivery through high speed internet. Like a lot of sex addictions, there's a widely held belief that abstinence from the addiction, as well as, other sexual acts, including masturbation, will aid in recovery. But, there is little evidence that occassional, non-compulsive, masturbation for someone not addicted is unhealthy.
