    I just came back online today after heavy setbacks and then I realized that we reached one million messages on NoFap. I am really impressed by that - let's give this forum another million positive messages!

    I joined NoFap more than one year ago and it is awesome to see how we are growing. We shall now that we are never alone - that we are always fighting together against this devilish addiction!

    The amount of messages is not what matters but their quality. And this defenitely has become better within the last 6 months. Regards to river Rhein. ;)

    It goes down in the NoFap DM’s. And by it I mean deep philosophical discussion about the state of society and where it is headed in terms of overcoming this porn addiction epidemic.
