one more time !

well I have been here before.
exactly an year ago i started to abstain from pmo .
i relapsed after 95 days . that was a really good time period . confidence,happiness,strength everything kicked in .
after 95 days i went on for once a week for 4 months. however now its 3times a week and its stressing me out . so here i am to fight yet another war and this time the targget is minimum 150days. and here is day 1 .
