Yeaterday felt like a mental breakthrough, i did a cold shower I meditated easliy with not much thoughts and felt relaxed When i went to sleep i took so much time, and got random bursts of anxiety through the night This never happened to me before and actually was really unplesant and uncalled for Did this happened to anybody else? Like right before falling asleep i got these anxiety or just a bad feeling sort of and woke up gasping several times
Yeah I have had those. Try to figure out what could be causing them. What are you thinking at that moment. What triggers it. I recommend going for a walk if you can not sleep and it is keeping you up. You used to numb this feeling with pmo, now you get to feel it as it is. Feeling always message about something. Do not let the feelings control you, as hard as that sounds. Process the feelings and thoughts until you find a healthy way of letting go from them. I hope this helps.
