I train in the gym according to the One Punch Man program. It is very difficult, but it gives results. I will leave a link to the exercises, you may find it useful

 

Been a nice idea, but sadly no one is following this thread/challange

 

The user that made this Challenge was last seen October of 2019. But i think this was a great idea and im going to do the challenge anyways.

I have done 6 days already, but i'm going to keep it clean and for this challenge i'll start from day 0 from todays date 16th may 2022.
