Day 4 of Saitama's Training
Day 0 of Saitama's Modified Routine (can't run 10 km and do 100 of exercises listed. Will start at 3 km + 50 pushups/situps/squats and work my way up).
Nice friend, I have my own modified version of Saitama's training. Im doing 6 km run instead of 10 and 60 squads, sit-ups, push-ups. Let's kick this addiction and get some muscles on the way!

Still Day 0 on the exercise training. Will start that tonight
