"Ongoing ED" Advice and/or success stories?

Hey guys,
So I have been dealing with complete erectile dysfunction since I started to be intimate with girls in college. I'm 24 years old now. I have been to numerous doctors. Specialists have done a number of tests and came to the conclusion that it probably wasn't anything physical. One doctor told me "maybe it's just one of those things...", as if that was going to help. I have been reliant on Cialis and it usually does a good job.I have never had successful sex without it. I do however know that this is not a permanent solution. My confidence has been hindered for years because of this affliction.
I have always had the creeping suspicion that it may have to do with my masturbation habits(Porn/Fantasy). My porn interests have been becoming more extreme and at odds with my values. I feel as though I need to give this 90 day reboot a try.
Coming across this site has been very inspiring. I'm on day 13 of my recovery. I guess what I'm looking for is some motivation from people who can share similar stories and perhaps offer advice/hope. Here are some of my questions:

Has anyone completely overcome their ED? What was your journey like?

What is your opinion on pursuing real sex during a reboot? Even if it means the continuation of ED drugs.
