Online classes and NoFap (Trigger)

First of all, thank you. What great help you whole bunch have been.
I’ve been practicing NoFap for almost a year now. With each relapse you come back stronger of course.

Right now , I’m at this stage where triggers have taken over and I can’t look at my phone even without my brain sending me signals. I have a pretty strong level of control but now that I have online classes and female teachers even the slightest one hour classes makes me very depressed and makes me feel like I relapsed.

Does this count as a relapse? And how do I live through these triggers? I would be very grateful to listen to what you’ll have to say.

First of all. Thank you for taking the time to reply.
It’s almost 6 hours of class everyday for the time being and I feel my energy just dissipate and makes me anti social and not even alert during the classes but I still have to attend.
And a sudden peak at a female profile picture bymistake which happens a lot of times is also very alarming and at the end of it my Penis just shrinks which I’m really scared of happening.
I’m sorry if I’m just going on. These are desperate times and I don’t want to go back to fapping it eats the life out of me.
