    But how do not get excited when u are chatting to a new girl or meeting a new girl? like the saying goes " you cant walk without your head shaking". If not for low dopamine due to excess porn and mastrubation, its quite normal for a man to try a dating site and check out random women after quitting a formal relationship. If dopamine release is this sensitive without even looking at porn nor mastrubation, then it should be something to worry about.

    Thanks to everyone for the advice. It means a lot to me.

    I did relapse. I know a lot was at play but I realized a lot of it is from the lack of attention from women I'm interested in on these sites. It crushes my self esteem and it hit hard especially this week so I got depressed and said "well fuck it might as well do this because this isn't going anywhere and it doesn't matter"

    The worst thing I did was go on dating sites. What a waste of time and money for me. I deleted tinder and will be taking out pof soon enough. I did see some good clarity 14-20 days in which was very much welcomed. I need to stop underestimating the power of this habit

    If a real life opportunity pops up, be ready to talk. Go easy, do not rush, and get to know them. Let them get to know the new you.
    Unless your goal is to relapse quickly, do not go looking for pictures.
