Opinions/knowlege about sex addiction?

Hey y'all. SO I'm wondering what people's knowledge/opinions are on sex addiction. My girlfriend and I have a lot of sex. Sometimes we do it multiple times a day and it will keep us from going out and doing stuff. It's definitely unhealthy but idk if I should label it an addiction.

Also its super triggering for me. When we've been having sex everyday and then we go a day without, I watch porn. So this brings up another thing I've been struggling with, I want to tell her about my porn problem but I'm scared to. When I've been watching porn I cant have sex with her successfully because I last too long.

My girl just left to go overseas for four months, so I'm doing a lot better. I've been able to string together 11 days without PMOing, but I did relapse a few days ago. Its very obvious to me that having excessive sex is going to cause me to relapse again once she returns. Even if I didn't relapse, I don't wanna replace this porn addiction with a sex addiction.
