I am seeking help from you

I'm absenting from PM from 61 days
But every month I had intercourse and O with my wife 6 to 7 times

My problem is every first time I have feeling no libido ( Thought I was in flatline)
Difficult to maintain erection but some how managed and O

After that things will be fine erections are good and can maintain till the end

And I dont have MW regularly very rare

I think I'm in flatline

Should I continue normal mode or I need to try hardmode to cure faster ?
