    Hi Jimmer,

    From your signature, you're on a Nofap journey without Porn & Masturbation, so that does not include Orgasm. So I would say no, this is not a relapse. But, that depends, how did you have your orgasm ?
    If it's through a "regular" sex intercourse, you have no problem.

    But that's my opinion, I'm only a fapstronaut for 6 days now:)

    Congratulations of your 164 days without Porn & Masturbation though, I'm not sure if I can reach that level !

    From your signature ! as you are abstaining from P and M only so its not a relapse [as long as you didn't watch porn or masturbated to reach the orgasm]. On the other hand Its relapse for those who are abstaining from PMO altogether.
