orgasms during dreams

Why would you restart over wetdreams ? Everyone has wet dreams when on no PMO.They're natural.

 

I seem to have the same issue.
Last night when I had problem sleeping, but I got away with that and managed it. But later that night, when I seemed to be asleep I had an orgasm. I don't know whether that was a wetdream or Mas**. What I really wanna know is that how do you tell these two apart. It's not easy sometimes to tell the difference.
May someone help me with that please.

 

i'm not one to follow the 'rulebook' of nofap, since i feel everyone's journey is too intensely personal and different to follow the same set of rules. this said, the one thing i think everybody should acknowledge is that wet dreams/nocturnal emissions of any sort should not be considered as something that warrants a reset.

this journey is about self-control, taking what we can consciously manage and steering it away from pmo. if a wet dream occurs, or any orgasm outside of a consciously made decision, then that isn't disobeying the nature of the challenge. if you accidentally see something pornographic whilst browsing for non-pornographic material on the internet, then that doesn't count.

encountering anything considered p, m or o outside of any conscious decisions (essentially an accident) should not count as a reset.
