other motivations

    Hey I need some help. I finding it hard to get back on track. Ive had few days of resets in a row now and I am really upset. before this I was on two 16 plus day streaks. now it seams I cant make it 3 days. for me when i was on those streaks my motivation was, because I didn't want to give up so many days. With that out of the way I keep finding myself in the same place. has anyone had a similar problem? if so what did you do? :(
     
  2. Hi..I feel you. It's really hard to get started. Have you clearly defined for yourself why you want to do this? That is key - in my opinion. You can't get somewhere without knowing why you're going there. I would suggest to write yourself a note and keep it somewhere where you'll see it often...maybe keep it in your wallet or pocket and when and urge strikes, read it. There are all different things you can do..if you live with other people make a rule that you don't close and lock your door, don't keep your computer in a private area. If you're alone when and urge strikes, go outside for a while and breath in the fresh air, workout, call a friend and shoot the shit...often times just getting your mind off of it for 5 minutes will get the urge to subside. It's also good to keep busy...if you find you have a lot of free time look at meetup.com and find some stuff to do, write a blog on a topic that really trips your trigger..who knows you may eventually make $$ off of it.
