Over 100 days PM free! Lessons learned

    Ye I feel like numbed is an accurate word for me I really just function better emotionally and physically without it.

    Incremental goals sounds like a good idea too, i just don't believe in goals that are too ambitious from the start.
    I don't think i would have gotten to 100+ days if that was my goal from day 0.

    Can't say the same, I look alright but certainly no model.
    But all the more reason for you not to numb yourself with porn if you can get all kinds of attention from real women:)
     
  3. Thanks for the inspiration. 100 Days just sounds better than 90. I set my sights too low.
    Stopping for good is the goal. I begin again.

  4. Whatever day you are on now just get past the day. There’s no difference between day 1, day 32 and day 103 in practice:)

    Thanks for the inspiration sir. I have just joined this community and saw your post, I don't have ED but i do get dry spells during which i don't get as hard as i normally do, this makes me self conscious and unable to concentrate on my studies and I have a entrance exam in about 3 months, could you recommend some way to increase my concentration ?

  6. Good point. I'm less likely to fail while at the gym.
    I'll try to keep track of all three. When I started the journey, my personal best, and where I'm at now.

  7. Not really an area of expertise don’t think I can be much help.

    what i will say is that when I studied the same concept as abstinence from PMO helped. I.e. Controlling your surroundings to help you.

    for example i can never study/work at home. I’ll just take a ”break” and end up on the internet or netflix and suddenly 2 hours have passed.

    but if i am at the office or study at a library i can work a 10 hour day with just coffee and a short food break without a problem.
    So maybe identify why/how you procrastinate and change ypur location?

    I’m over 100 days and I feel like PMO is an old version of me. I’m not going back to it. I’m aiming for 200 days now, and onwards from there.

    I agree in a way but at the same time I’ve seen examples of people who relapse after a longer streak than I am on now so I am humbly aware of the fact that I am never really cured, the fight goes on, daily.

    Will continue with my one day at a time but hopefully I’ll get to 200 and beyond eventually as well.
