Overworking and relapase?

Yeah I would of thought working, being out the house more, being more active would of helped at preventing relapse. But then again maybe the overworking is stressing you out? and stress is a big reason people return to PMO.

I have come to the conclusion the reality is PMO is enjoyable, it's an extremely enjoyable thing to do sometimes. It can have a powerful effect at temporarily reducing stress, boredom etc.

It's unfortunate, it is a really enjoyable thing to do sometimes. But the reality is it isn't good for us.
