You're right I found it very challenging not to, but the urges get weaker. I was addicted to really sensitive hip-hop talking about s*x and more and the dopamine was high in the sky and instead of falling love with women and paying them more attention I ended up fantasizing with the music, I used it as escape.

 

Initially this was a problem for me when I quit, as it seemed like anything and everything aroused me. I don't remember when it taipered off, maybe several months down the line.

 

Music makes you explicit music?
