  1. Stop talking about COVID. I'm reporting all of the folks that are doing so and I believe (hope) the moderators will act accordingly.

This is a place to speak about PAWs. Try and keep it as sacred as it can be.

If reports don't equal action, then I urge people to just hit the "ignore" button. I honestly have no patience for this.

You all are just as bad as the people who say “porn isn’t bad for you”. That’s what you guys sound like right now. It’s pathetic. Not even for a second do you guys go out of your way and question anything, the only reason you’re here right now is because porn took a toll on you and NOW you know it’s bad.

Let’s just trust the same media outlets that promote pornography as a good thing in your life. These people are soulless billionaires, they don’t give one fuck about you, all of this is for a profit. This world is just a business now. You idiots can’t even think for yourselves, you just take in whatever these billionaires tell their worker bees to feed you. So when somebody says something that differs from what you think, the first thing you think of is “hurr durr crazy conspiracy theorists”. Cowards. All of you.

@Grateful Retainer you came to mind recently, how does it feel to be ‘out of the cave?’ Are you still feeling fully recovered?

There are millions of places to talk about Covid, vaccines etc. This isn't one of them. I just want to stay on topic. As far as I'm concerned you're a newbie who hasn't contributed a goddam thing, so you don't have the right to steam in here and tell people what to think.

  5. Yes I still feel amazing. Lately there have been a bunch of recruiters contacting me via LinkedIn and I will be having a job interview fairly soon. Based on what I've heard this role could potentially be more lucrative than my current job. The universe keeps sending good things my way :)

My main focus right now is on my meditation. Yesterday morning while meditating I could feel an uneasy feeling in my stomach, almost like light nausea. While breathing I stayed focused on that sensation and slowly it started moving upwards. Up to my chest, then a ticklish feeling in my throat, then between the eyes, and finally at the top of my head. When the energy reached the top of my head, tears started rolling down my eyes and then the alarm went off.

At the same time I now have an online profile and have been talking to some women although nothing has materialized yet. It's odd but on the one hand I want to ascend and achieve union with The Creator. At the same time I still desire union with a female. It's the folly of the dual nature of humans.

Sadly the internet’s gonna internet. Like you said if the vast majority of us stay on topic and if we all ignore it, I’m pretty sure it will go away. This thread is far too important to my sanity for it to die from off topic disagreement.

I’m just coming out of a pretty deep wave of Symptoms and you guys have all been a huge ray of hope for me.

  7. I recently came across some information that may be of interest to most of you while perusing the semen retention subreddit. Tension/trauma are stored in the psoas muscle which apparently is referred to as the muscle of the soul. The psoas muscle connects the vertebrae to the pelvis.

While doing some additional research I found out that hip flexor exercises are recommended for people suffering from PTSD to assist in releasing trauma. This is fascinating stuff to me, I had never been aware of this before.

Obviously exercise is one of the first things I would recommend for anybody going through PAWS but specifically it seems like core/hip flexor exercises would be of particular importance.

My personal recommendation would be deadlifts, the king of all exercises.

Thank you! Its beyond me how people dont realise this. How can these people start Nofap and experience the corruption and lies by the media and big pharma FOR THEMSELVES and still blindly follow every bit of information that is pressented for them. However yes this thread is about PAWS, but i still think its fair to say my take on how it can potentially be extra stress on your body to take the vaccines when you are going through a healing process. There are doctors speaking out about this all around the world, none of them ever makes the news. They are silenced. In germany you cant speak out about it as a doctor or you get fined. If that is not a reason not to take the v, i dont know what is. However we can all override everything, power of the mind is all the matters in the end. But all sides and opinions should be welcomed.

Cheers man! Been seeing your posts on reddit as well, big up.
I named myself after sikreodds97, first of all he is from the same country and he had been going through paws which im still going through unfortunally. I had a lot of conversations and messages with him before he deleted his reddit. We were planning to get a beer once he was in Copenhagen during the summer, but he deleted everything also his whatsapp, from one day to the other.

Sorry to post 3 comments in a row everyone.. But yes trauma release exercises have helped me a lot somedays. I do them 3 times a week started 5 months ago. Sometimes the day after doing them heavily for long, i feel the energy flowing again, i feel myself be able to cry and feel joy and laugh. This fades away after a day or so. Very interesting! Had the same effect with wim hof method but it gave me insomnia and mild tinnitus so had to stop.

Well my current situation is this: last night I couldn't sleep at all due to me being attacked by porn flashbacks and porn scenes which would keep me in a constant state of anxiety and panic and I'm really wondering if that counts as a relapse? I'm not intentionally fantasizing about the flashbacks but when they attack its hard to get them out of my head while trying to sleep.....I had porn scenes and flashbacks playing throughout my head and now I'm very worried on whether that affects my reboot or if it slows it down in any way

I think you’re good man. That seems to be a normal part of the process. I went through a lot of that. There is so much that I’m sure is not great for your reboot bit it’s so hard to tell what those are and to what degree. Your brain is going to do whatever it can to get its fix. In your case today it’s flashbacks. Tomorrow it may be trying to convince you that life is ultimately meaningless so you might as well act out. Your job is to ride these waves whatever they are. Can I ask if you are a particularly religious man? I’m not asking this in a preachy I want to conver you way. It’s just I’m religious and used a prayer and visualization technique for this very problem and it always worked for me. I will give it to you but only if you are comfortable with that kind of thing.

Ok so what I do is I take that image and I offer it to God as a sacrifice. I imagine myself laying that image at the feet of God. Then I try to hold that image as vividly in my mind as possible and imagine the image going to static. That’s it. I have very rarely been hit with the same flashback after doing that. I know it may sound simple and crazy. Most of the guys in my accountability group look at me as if I’m nuts when I talk about this hit for me it has worked wonderfully. My idea is this. When I was in my addiction I would mentally store up clips that really did it for me. It was almost as if I was mentally hoarding sexual images in a treasure chest in my mind. Please understand I’m speaking metaphorically. Those images held incredible value to me I would go back to them mentally when I wasn’t even looking at porn. It’s only in my willingness to let them go individually that I found freedom from them. The visualization technique was the only way I could think of to do that and it worked. Every time you have a flashback you have a choice. Worship the idol or become the man you were meant to be. The visualization technique helped me to make that choice. I firmly believe those moments of flashback are the battleground where the psychological detachment begins. Anyway hope some of this makes sense. I can’t say it will work universally but it worked for me.

That sounds like a great idea but I don't think it will quite work for me unfortunately.....I mostly just try to shift my thinking to images of Jesus and God, in order to ignore those flashbacks even when they keep attacking me due to the anxiety they generate which makes them hard to push away

Gotcha. Well I hope you find something that works for you. Keep fighting! This part of the process will diminish over time. At least it has for me.

Guys, I’m feeling like passing out due to lethargy and fatigue and when I did general test, the doctor thanked me for how healthy I’m :(, when in reality I’m dying. I have some work to deliver but I can’t get out of my bed, I’m sleeping 12 hours a day and then I wake up tired as hell, is there anything we can use? Maybe red bull or any other energy drinks? Any experience?
