P is all around me

    if you've followed my posts you know I'm doing hardmode, I really need a reboot.

    The problem is that I feel like P is all around me. Girls in the street here in the summer usually dress showing a lot of skin. Today I went surfing, which BTW is a very good sport activity for me and needless to say I saw a lot of girls in bathing suits, had to force myself not to second look.

    And on the internets its pretty much inevitable. Should I install an addon that helps? I'm afraid that by trying to turn my head and not to look will eventually get back at me. In general I don't believe in shutting myself out from the world

    That's why I'm not going out all summer...staying at home working out 12 hours a week, getting shredded and feeding my mind great positive information everyday. Preparing myself to get back out there in October/November.

    I'm like Miyamoto Musashi when he stays in his room for 3 years feeding his mind with scrolls and knowledge before travelling accross japan and becoming the greatest swordsman ever.

    It takes sacrifices to change your life...the decision to sacrifice this summer was an easy one.

    You are going to need a change of attitude, not only behaviour. P is not all around you. That is how internet P has conditioned our minds. Internet porn is not the real world. In the real world girl just don't out, dressed to seduce, meet a complete stranger and go out to engage in orgies. Those are fantasy fiction created by the sex industry.

    The girls at the beach are not dressed up for you or I. They have just gone out to relax with friends and family and are minding their own business. The girls on the street are just dressed to be a bit comfortable in the Summer heat. But our porn brains tell us that they must have dressed up like this for our viewing and lusting pleasure.

    I know, it is difficult as I have said to you earlier. But we need to get out of the victim mentality. P is not everywhere. Those people are human beings with perhaps even more difficult personal situations than ours. Let's learn to change our way of thinking and not only attend to change our behaviours :cool:

    I know P is all in my mind and thats how I'm wired.

    Still, it takes two to tango. girls can choose to dress modestly, but they don't and they love the attention. Ofcourse they don't want negative attention. but thats the way it is
