    hello
I Successfully stopped masturbating, its been 14 days.
but unable to stop watching porn, so, on 12th day am started watching it and giving a massage to my thing and my pain started underbelly, is it a pelvic pain? and also pain while urinating its mild, but so irritating . is it due to edging or I don't know what to do,

  2. I think is is related to the Prostate, you should stop edging and fantasizing so you don't make it worse. Avoid PMO by any mean and you will get better by time, also drink enough amount of water.

Please stop PMO, totally. Before it's too late for you, please. I beg you.

Start an no PMO, now you're on your 14 days, it's good, until 16 days to 30, then to 60, etc.

Abdominal cramps were a withdrawal symptom for me when I first quit. Some people say that quitting PMO doesn't cause any physical withdrawal symptoms, but it does in my experience. Your body goes through a lot of turmoil when it's deprived of large dopamine surges that it has become accustomed to getting for years.
