    Hi fapstronauts,
I have been watching porn for 6 years till now. I'm new to nofap. I tried lots of times to control my urge towards porn. Maximum I controlled for two months. If I have any urge or mood swings while watching TV or while using phone at that time i controlled it for that moment. I'm doing same kind of things for a month. After a month, I feel a pain on my sex drive it pushed to fap. After that I felt a relief. That started me to fap frequently. I can control my urge. But I don't know how deal with my pain.
    Anyone experienced the same?

I'm a guy who hits weights regularly for 5 years till now. Most of the times on back and squats day my testosterone spike very high. I don't know whether because of that spike I had a pain while controlling that urge.
I don't want my partner to be ashamed off for my activity. I want to quit fap for my entire life.

Wow I can relate to Squats boosting the sex drive up a few levels! It's on Leg day where I need to be very disciplined and not relapse. In relation to your pain, is it a physical pain in your balls? Or is it a more psychological pain and intense desire to Fap?

There could be a number of reasons for that. The best thing to do here is to get it checked out by a professional. It could be something as simple as blue balls, but it could also be something else. Rule of thumb I always follow, is to rule out physical health concerns for peace of mind.
