    Hey guys,

    in SE: 4 EP: 6. "Forbidden Girlfriend" of Malcolm in the Middle Malcolm's parents can't have sex for a week and get super productive.
    I think that showed how we can be more productive when being abstinent for a while in a funny way. Sometimes when I think of this episode it motivates me.

    Malcolm gets a girlfriend, who just uses him and her father hates Malcolm.
    Deewey find's out he's an evil twin.

    i was going to mention the seinfeld episode. That one is way better than the contest episode showing the benefits of abstinence and transmutation
