How is that related to NoFap? What are your credentials to give advice about sex? If you really can hold 200 days PMO as you claim, then you have almost no sex drive. But imagine, there are real healthy man out there (vast majority actually) who need some sort of sex several times a week. If they cant obtain it by PM, (what this site was supposed to be about), and their wife also vcant give, they should do what accroding to you?
