Guys, this is a serious question regarding public bathroom experience. Oftentimes I experience what is known as shy bladder syndrome in public bathrooms. (When you need to pee but can’t release urine). I didn’t start to experience this until I was around 23 years old for some reason. I could pee in any situation with anyone watching or not. The issue varies based on wether not not there are dividers in between urinals, and the people who occupy the bathroom with me. For some reason, the issue is much worse if I am peeing next to someone whom I know, even my best mate, vs. a stranger. likewise the issue is worse if there are no dividers between spots. I am a confident person and have no issue on dividers/no dividers. I don’t feel the need for privacy to undo my pants and prepare for the deed. But for some reason, often times it’s like a valve just turns off and it’s a no go. As soon as they leave the vicinity, the water works open up. Has anyone else experienced this? I am trying to decide the root causes and how common it actually is.
