Penis hurts after wet dream, need help/advice

The past two wet dreams I've had (including one I had last night) leave my penis tip burning, but then today I masturbated (no porn) to check if it still hurts but it doesn't. Do you know why this happens?

 

I don’t think it’s a UTI, I looked at my question and see that it was worded wrong. When I said it hurts after I pee, I meant whenever I pee right after a wet dream to get semen out of my penis. When I masturbate however or just normally pee there is no problem.
